WerkLane is a self-hosted AI agent runtime platform. The software is provided for download and self-hosting on your own infrastructure. We do not host, process, or store your data.

3. License

The WerkLane software is proprietary software. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the LICENSE file distributed with the source code. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the software without prior written permission.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the agents you create and the actions they perform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide your own API keys for LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
  • You are responsible for securing your own infrastructure and data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in the WerkLane software are owned by WerkLane. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WerkLane be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages caused by agent actions, data loss, or unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
